Terms & Conditions

The total payment for the gig is $3,000
50% of the total fee ($1,500) will be sent in advance to confirm your booking and secure the shoot date
The remaining 50% ($1,500) will be paid on the day of the shoot, prior to commencement
An advanced payment of $3,800 will be mailed to cover your initial compensation and production-related expenses, including wardrobe, costume, photography, and studio costs

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

  • A payment of 50% of the total service fee is made to clients secure and confirm the shoot date.
  • The booking for the shoot will not be considered confirmed until the payment has been received.
  • If the deposit is not received within [4-5] days of deposit, the date may be released and made available for other clients.

Final Payment

  • The remaining 50% balance is paid on the day of the shoot, prior to the commencement of work.
  • Failure to show up on the day shoot may result in a delay or cancellation of the session and a refund of the payment is going to be initiated.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made via:
    • Checks (must be cleared before the shoot date)
    • Other agreed-upon methods as discussed and confirmed in writing.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The 50% payment is refundable if the model/photographer is unavailable on or prior to the day of shoot.
  • If the full payment has been made before the shoot and the client cancels within [2] days, [20]% of the paid fee will be refunded.

. Force Majeure

  • If unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, extreme weather, or emergencies) prevent the shoot from taking place, both parties will work together to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit towards a future session will be considered at the photographer’s discretion.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

Upon receiving the deposit payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and conditions.
